I’m Aaron Dowell — pastor, speaker, and leadership strategist.
But more than that, I’m someone who’s had to lead with a limp.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve coached leaders, built teams, guided churches, and walked through betrayal, burnout, and breakthrough. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, tired, or unsure if you're still called to carry the weight of leadership.

I’ve spent my career leading in churches, nonprofits, and the business world. I’ve led staff teams, volunteers, and vision. I’ve preached to crowds and walked with individuals. I’ve sat in strategy meetings — and in hospital rooms.
And I’ve also:

• Felt the sting of betrayal from someone I once trusted deeply
  
• Gone through seasons of exhaustion where I showed up, but felt numb inside
  
• Lived from a place of alignment, clarity, and confidence — and learned how to stay there
  

What I’ve discovered is that leadership doesn’t start with strategy.
It starts with identity. With honesty. With health.
