Privately held, non-denominational church with over 4,000 members located in 6 campuses across greater eastern Ohio..
Coshocton Campus Pastor
- Lead multiple groups of local business leaders through leadership training helping them improve their business and personal life.
- Conducted first impressions responsibilities in multiple services at a local campus.
- Developed initiatives to impact the food, shelter, clothing, education, medical, occupational, and spiritual needs of those in the local community leading to a 57% increase in volunteer engagement at the campus level. .
- Launched and directed a program delivering over 10,000 pounds of food to people over 6 counties in eastern Ohio.
- Created and launched a mentorship program that partnered with multiple Bible Colleges across the United States teaching and leading over 25 college students in various topics ranging from addiction, time-management, relationships, and spirituality in the first year.
- Directed and lead the online experience team in creating engaging online experiences reaching up to 12,000 people per weekend.
- Worked with leadership team to establish the worship experience that connects with people online and in person.
- Launched and developed a video and media team to support the church in digital and online media during the pandemic shut-down of 2020.

Resident Leader & Operations Team
- Directed volunteering duties and recruited over 57 volunteers over a 12 month period for various church needs.
- Hosted Kids, Students, Adult services, and special events for Christ Church of the Valley on multiple separate occasions over a period of 12 months.
- Conducted first impressions responsibilities in multiple services for over a 15 month period.
- Directed volunteering duties and recruitment for church cleaning and operational needs during the weekend services as well as during the weekdays. This role included the recruitment and development of a cleaning team that allowed the church to save the cost of an outside cleaning company and focused saved capital on-campus improvements.
- Developed and implemented the use of connected, live updates and checklists to improve efficiency and level of excellence on the operations team.
- Developed an on-boarding and training program for new volunteers to ensure uniformity and establish team goals for new volunteers.

- Created and delivered a yearly preaching calendar that lead the church body in spiritual growth over a period of 3 years preaching over 150 individual sermons.
- Developed and implemented a strategic growth plan for the church in its local context leading to a church growth of over 200%.
- Hired and partnered with a Students minister that created a student program that grew from zero to 20 regular attenders over an 18 month period.

Senior Tour Leader
- Designed and operated van trips for small groups of international guests that lasted from a week to two months as we adventured overland in North America with a 93% excellency guest rating.
- Managed group dynamics and instructed camping techniques and outdoor living skills with a 100% safety rating.
- Managed training, logistical operations, and equipment management for up to 250 tour leaders at a highly successful level over 12-month period.
Missouri Department of Corrections– Bowling Green, MO 2001 – 2008
Missouri Department of Corrections is a part of the Division of Adult Institutions and is responsible for the management of the state’s 21 correctional centers.

- Developed and implemented a staff recruitment tool allowing our institution to address issues with staffing and lead to an increase of 25% in our hiring and interview process completion rate.
